Anshin Aegis is built by Anshin Health Solutions, Inc. — an Oregon C-corporation founded in 2025 to bring HIPAA-first AI to every healthcare operation. Aegis is our sixth product platform, and the first purpose-built for healthcare software developers.

We're building the founding Executive Advisor circle for Anshin Aegis. This is not a passive board seat — we're looking for operators and builders who want to help shape a growing team from the ground up.
Who we're looking for
- Healthcare-tech operators who've built and scaled HIPAA-regulated software and know compliance at the operational level, not just the policy level.
- AI / dev-tooling builders with a point of view on where multi-agent developer platforms are heading and how enterprise adoption actually happens.
- Go-to-market leaders who've sold into healthcare CTOs, compliance officers, and enterprise procurement — and are ready to open doors, not just critique the deck.
- Founders and technical leaders who see this as a chance to help build something durable in the AI + healthcare compliance space, alongside the founding team.
What the role looks like
- Monthly working session with the founding team on product, GTM, and compliance strategy.
- Introductions to your network — design partners, early customers, prospective hires, capital partners.
- Direct input on the Developer Preview program, pricing model, and Constitution governance.
- Advisor equity commensurate with contribution and stage (structured on standard advisor agreements).
